Q.A.® Concentrated Solution is a quaternary ammonium (quat) cleaning solution formulated to sanitize, disinfect, and deodorize hard, non-porous surfaces, such as stainless steel, plastic, porcelain, and ceramic. Designed for efficiency, this highly concentrated formula reduces chemical usage while maintaining reliable performance across a wide range of applications, such as sanitizing ice machines after proper cleaning. 

This concentrated quaternary ammonium formula, with proper diultion, can also be used on:

  • Foodservice equipment
  • Food contact surfaces
  • Floors, walls, and restrooms
  • Commercial kitchens, schools, healthcare, and hospitality environments

Dilution guidance

  • Use only 1/4 oz. per gallon to sanitize food contact surfaces
  • Use 3/4 oz. per gallon to disinfect and deodorize other hard surfaces


Household Measure Mixing Instructions for Disinfectant, greater than 625 PPM

  • 1 teaspoon of Q.A. Concentrate in 26 fluid ounces = 641 PPM
  • 0.5 tablespoon of Q.A. Concentrate in 32 fluid ounces = 781 PPM
  • 1 tablespoon of Q.A. Concentrate in 64 fluid ounces, half gallon = 781 PPM
  • 2 tablespoons of Q.A. Concentrate in 128 fluid ounces, 1 gallon = 781 PPM

Q.A. Concentrated Solution Sanitzer and Deoderizer is effective against organisms including Hepatitis B Virus and HIV-1 when used as directed.
