The heavy-duty formula quickly dissolves grease, oily residue, lipstick, smoke residue, and other common warewashing soils to help maintain clean dishes, glassware, and utensils. Built-in water conditioners help support consistent cleaning performance without requiring additional conditioning products.
Formulated for flexibility, All Temp Mechanical Ware Wash Detergent dissolves rapidly in cold, warm, or hot water and can be adjusted based on soil load and local water conditions. The concentrated formula typically requires only 1/4 ounce per gallon of water, helping reduce chemical usage and operating costs.
The biodegradable, phosphate-free, and nitrate-free formula is intended for use in automatic warewashing equipment and is not intended for handwashing applications.
Use with Rinse Aid for spot reduction and rinse performance.
