We ship all orders using FedEx, UPS, or SpeeDee Delivery. The carrier used for your order will be determined based on which option is most convenient for your location and delivery requirements at the time your order is placed.

- Destination: The distance from our plant in Lewiston, MN to your shipping address
- Order Weight: The total weight of your order
Your exact shipping cost will be calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
Processing Time
All orders are processed and shipped from our warehouse within four business days of order placement. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
Transit Time
Delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping carrier used. Once your order ships, you can track its progress using the tracking number provided in your shipping confirmation email.

If you are unsatisfied with our products for any reason, we will make it right and provide you with a full refund.
Simply contact our Client Success Team and provide your purchase details. Once purchase details are confirmed, a full refund will be issued via the payment method you used at checkout.

Warranty Policy
At National Chemical Inc. (NCI), we are committed to delivering effective cleaning solutions and ensuring customer satisfaction. We proudly offer a two-year product guarantee on our products.
This guarantee is valid for two years from the date the product is produced, as indicated by the lot number on the packaging. Customers may request a full refund or replacement product, depending on customer preference.
Disclaimer
- NCI reserves the right to limit the scope of refund incidents to a single container within a two-year time frame per consumer.
- Returned products should be in their original packaging (where possible) and include any unused portion for evaluation, unless otherwise agreed upon.
- This guarantee does not cover products that have been used for purposes other than those recommended by NCI or outside of standard application instructions.
- If a product return is requested for evaluation, NCI will cover shipping costs. However, NCI is not responsible for loss or damage during return shipping unless a pre-paid shipping label is provided.
- This guarantee is subject to applicable local laws and regulations, which may affect refund eligibility or process.
- NCI reserves the right to modify or terminate this guarantee at any time, with or without notice, except for products already produced under the existing policy.
